My business is at my **NEW** address at 'In-Health Chiropractic' - here I have a room dedicated for my Holistic and Complementary Therapies. Pencoed is a small town just outside Bridgend and sits directly beside Junction 35 of the M4 motorway in south Wales, UK.

Directions - from the South (Bridgend, Coychurch, Brackla)
1. Travelling to Pencoed from the Bridgend area, enter Pencoed using the LEFT EXIT off the (Mercedes Benz dealership) roundabout on the A473 dual carriageway, before you get to the M4 interchange roundabout.
2. Follow the road around straight through the centre of the town until you reach the traffic lights at the top of the hill. Go forward through those lights, and as you flatten out at the bottom of that hill after the lights I am immediately on the left, set back off the road. A white building (used to be a Dental practice) called 'In-Health Chiropractic' - there should be plenty of parking available.

Directions - from the North (Brynna, Heol-y-Cyw, Talbot Green)4
1. If you are entering Pencoed Town from the North/North East (coming from Llantrisant, Brynna, Heol-y-Cyw areas) take the 3rd exit on the Penybont Road roundabout on the A473, the 1st exit would be for the Pencoed Campus Agricultural College. After taking the 3rd Exit my new premises are 500 yards on the right hand side - a white building set back off the road with a dark red sign saying 'In-Health Chiropractic' on it.

Directions - from the M4 Motorway (East and West)
1. Exit the motorway at Junction 35.
2a. If travelling from the WEST (Porthcawl, Port Talbot, Swansea), use left-hand off-ramp lane and turn left exiting the roundabout. Follow dual carriageway until the next roundabout - Go straight THROUGH this roundabout and follow dual carriageway for a further 0.5 mile. At the next roundabout take the FIRST EXIT LEFT and my new premises will be 500 yards on the right hand side - a white building set back off the road with a dark red sign saying 'In-Health Chiropractic' on it. There should be plenty of parking space available.

2b. If travelling from the EAST (Llantrisant, Cardiff from the M4 Motorway) use the right-hand off-ramp lane, go through the traffic lights and around to the right, passing under the Motorway flyover and EXIT left onto a straight dual carriageway.
Follow dual carriageway until the next roundabout - Go straight THROUGH this roundabout and follow dual carriageway for a further 0.5 mile. At the next roundabout take the FIRST EXIT LEFT and my new premises will be 500 yards on the right hand side - a white building set back off the road with a dark red sign saying 'In-Health Chiropractic' on it. There should be plenty of parking space available.
